ಇದರ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪಾರ್ಶ್ವವನ್ನು ಡಿ.ವಿ.ಜಿ. ಅವರ Chamber of Princes (ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮಂಡಳ) ಕುರಿತಾದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಲೇಖನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ಅದರ ತಾತ್ಪರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಈ ರೀತಿ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಬಹುದು.
೧೯೨೦ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮಂಡಲ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ ದೆಹೆಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುತಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಸಂಸದಭವನದ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ (Parliament Library) ಇರುವ ಕಟ್ಟಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕಲಾಪ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.

कवि शिरोमणि महाकवि कालिदास ने अपनी सर्वश्रेष्ठ कृति ‘रघुवंश’ में यह पूर्णतः स्पष्ट किया है कि किस प्रकार एक साम्राज्य में क्षात्र को पोषित किया जाना चाहिए और साम्राज्य की समृद्धि हेतु किस तेजस्विता की आवश्यकता है। कालिदास ने दिलिप तथा रघु जैसे महान राजाओं और अग्निवर्ण जैसे चरित्र हीन तथा अयोग्य राजाओं की तुलना करते हुए स्पष्ट किया कि किन नैतिक सिद्धांतों का पालन करना आवश्यक है।
